Dandy Jack is a gangster you can meet in a random event, doing business with the Ironhead gang leader Steelhead. He leads a small group consisting of an unnamed Gangster Gunner and Gangster Psionic, and the sniper Bren. He wields a pistol, carries a few throwing nets. For the moment he is the proud owner of two doses of the extremely rare Supersoldier Drug.
