Gunter Vasilica, or what became of him.
Former Biocorp scientist/researcher who is still alive as a mutie and is hostile, uniquely for a mutie he is psionic. Can be found in a cave after entering the Caerus Residential Block building and passing a Perception check (10 Perception) while wandering through the northwestern building's second floor ventilation ducts to discover the hidden passage. The footlocker near him contains 2 Regenerative Mixtures, a few Psi Boosters, a Psionic Mentor: Pseudo-spatial Projection and several Desaturated Psionic Inhalants.
Gunter Vasilica is a "boss" character, and on DOMINATING difficulty will appear with 400% of his regular health.
