After meeting with Abram in Core City, Jack Quicksilver has some tasks for you. This one is exposing a fraud merchant.
Objectives
- Meet Ohad Xander at the train station in Core City Lower Level, area Core City Gates'
- Ohad Xander suspects that Daniel Arda, a trader currently visiting Core City, is selling a fake combat enhancement drug called Hercules. He wants you to expose this fraud to everyone in Core City once you have the appropriate evidence.
Walkthrough
Find Daniel Arda. He's usually at the merchant district, just outside Hardcore City Bar. You can also ask about him around the city and find out some details about him.
- Buy or steal a sample of Hercules. It is possible to acquire 2 samples by purchasing the first and pickpocketing the second.
- It can be pickpocketed with 47 effective skill
- You can lower the price with mercantile.
- If told that the player came to investigate the drug, Meet Azif will not trigger even if the subsequent persuasion check has been passed!
- Get the sample lab-tested by Pasquale in SGS, and you'll get incriminating Hercules Test Results.
- Bring the results to Gene at Hardcore City Bar, he can handle letting everyone in Core City know via the city's Arena/Gauntlet advert screens.
- Alternatively, you can get the ads into display by yourself by getting into JKK advertisement control terminal 6 in the passages between Core City's lower level and docks. The door requires 75 lockpicking to open.
- A JKK Technician outside JKK headquarters carries Terminal Room 6 Key (Core City), you can pickpocket it with 31 skill.
- To hack the terminal and upload the ad, you will need 55 base skill.
Inform Ohad Xander when the task is done, then return to Jack Quicksilver for your monetary reward.
Although there is nothing else left to do, there is a slight chance you have not seen the last of Arda.
