You notice a large protectorate boat near the Core City sewer exit.
Objectives
- Matriuss Ludenlof wants you to retrieve his personal news tracking device. It is located in an office building in the northern section of the Core City residential area
Walkthrough
Approach the Praetorian Sniper on the boat in Core City Sewer Exit. You can pretend you're good at eletronics (even if you're not) and have him let you look at the strange device, so he will let you go onboard.
25 Electronics skill is not sufficient to help with the device.
The Praetorian sniper will then tell you Matriuss Ludenlof could still need your help. Talking to him, you're being asked to fetch a device in teh residential area of Core City. He gives you CC residential office building keycard to enter the building and avoid being detected as an intruder.
