While fishing for eels around the siphoner pools, you may find a curious Damaged Necklace.

- Find the source of the signal the strange necklace is tuned to track
Walkthrough
The necklace can be fished up in southwestern Siphoner pools, only exact position will fish this necklace so you may need to see the mission picture to put your fishing rod. As its description suggests, Katherine, the electronic merchant in Junkyard, can repair it to Tracker-Emitter Necklace for 15 Charons.
Once repaired, you can use it to see if it detects a signal. The signal will be found in South Gate Station, so head there. Once you reach SGS and use the necklace, it detects a signal either above or below you, depending on the floor you are on. The signal leads to level 3, to Arlene.
Or, you can take it to it's maker Ezra, then he will tell you to go find Arlene. No other electronic merchant related to this quest.
Be advised that this might be a bug for the Ezra route will not give you XP.
You can ask Arlene to give you founder's fee, 100 SGS Credits.
