- Entrance door requires 85 Hacking or can be opened with Elwood's Keycard
- The east locker requires 60 Lockpicking
- It contains a trapdoor leading to Elwood's House
The door to the west house is locked. It will be unlocked during the quest Get equipment from Junkyard and leads to Junkyard - Free Drones Base
The door to the north house is locked
The door to the northeast house is locked
