Toxic Waste Processing Plant is a location in Upper Underrail.
Description
It is accessible from the abandoned Harpocrates Station underneath Institute of Tchort. It has been neglected for a long time and is now filled with toxic gas from leaking, unprocessed toxic waste barrels.
