The least poor part of junkyard. Controlled by the Black Eels

The northeast house (Vilmer's house) :
- The door requires 50 Hacking or Junkyard House Keycard (East)
- can be reached from the Secret Passage on the Junkyard Docks while doing the [Retrieve Kohlmeier's lucky knife] quest
- the footlocker contains a Scrapture oddity, 1 XP
- Vilmer carries Junkyard House Keycard (East) and Kohlmeier's Lucky Knife
The left locker in the shack in southeast corner contains a Scrapture oddity, 1 XP
