- The west exit leads to area Upper Underrail 2x
- The east exit leads to area Upper Underrail 3x
- This area is inhabited by two Bandits and two Dogs
- The barrel contains an Empty Cigarette Pack oddity, 2 XP
- Has an emergency phone which can be used with Orange Box to unlock one of Phreak's old hideouts inside the bandit camp
