Upper floor

There are two desks containing some random loot

Lower floor

Desk near the computer in the middle contains Deep Sea Water Globe oddity
Desk in the NE corner contains Lemurian Philharmonic Pamphlet oddity
Security Console in the NE corner can be interacted with to activate the turrets for the Improve camp defenses quest
Locked gate to the east leads to Evacuation Tunnels. This passage can be unlocked only if player completes Prevent kidnapping quest
